This workout starts off with "Check It", from Delicious Dance. The moves are SUPER SIMPLE - no dance skills required! - but I'll show you how to turn them into a fun dance that will get you warmed up for the workout.
The second routine is an absolutely ADDICTIVE song from DJ Ben Bidlack that is guaranteed to make you smile. (And yes, those big groovy swings will do wonders for your hips, too!)
Then we're going to the "House of Dance", from Delicious Dance. This routine is a great opportunity to let your imagination get involved in discovering the perfect way for your unique body to move.
The next routine is a high-energy dance from Body Groove Fit, created with my good friend Heather Winia. She leads us through a heart-pounding but very adaptable full body workout.
To wrap things up, we'll do one of my very favorite routines from the Dance Your Heart Out Collection, "Love Set Me Free".
